JQuant is a Diamond Open-Access, peer-reviewed, online-only, scientific journal owned by the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA - Trieste, Italy) and published by SISSA Medialab s.r.l
All articles are distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0 International) licence which permits any use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author(s) and source are credited. Unless otherwise stated, any associated published material is distributed under the same license. In any case special copyright/licences are required, permission must be obtained from the journal. Copyright is retained by the authors by default.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned and in any case the submission of an article to JQuant implies that:
- the work described has not been published before (except in form of non-peer-reviewed material such as “preprints”, theses, lectures, reports, etc. publicly posted on institutional or community repositories such as university and arXiv, and not subject to any copyright protection);
- the work is original and the authors have full power to make this grant.
- the work is not under consideration for publication, and will not be published, in any other refereed publication;
- submission and publication of the work have been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as — tacitly or explicitly — by the responsible authorities at the institution where the work was carried out;
- the present Open Access and Copyright Terms have been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as — tacitly or explicitly — by the responsible authorities at the institution where the work was carried out;
- the authors have secured the right to reproduce any material in their work which has already been published elsewhere;
- authors grant any third party the right to use the article freely under the stipulation that the original authors are given credit and the appropriate citation details are mentioned.
